Getting started
Create your clinic
On first login, the setup wizard captures your clinic profile, branding, working hours, and an optional first doctor. Everything is editable later in Settings.
Add your team
In Administration → Users, invite staff and assign roles. Roles control exactly which modules and actions each person can access.
Book the first appointment
Open Appointments, pick a slot, search the patient, and confirm. New patients can be created inline without leaving the calendar.
Frequently asked questions
How does the free trial work?
Every new clinic starts on a 14-day Premium trial with all modules unlocked. No credit card is required to begin.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or change plans anytime from Settings → Plan & license. Your data is never locked or deleted.
Is my data secure?
Data is isolated per clinic, access is role-based, and every sensitive action is written to an immutable audit log.
Do you support Arabic and French?
Yes. The entire product is available in English, French, and Arabic, including full right-to-left layout for Arabic.
